I'm a data chameleon with expertise in DAM, data migrations, UX design, full-stack development, data analytics, business intelligence, and more.
The best DAMS/CMS/databases in the world won't archive or manage your content if no one can use it. Your lack of in-house dev team doesn't stop your staff from needing to export data in bulk or create digital exhibits with your outdated systems.
As a small business owner and a freelancer, I know how to make your systems work for you - whether it be helping you migrate data or digital assets, assess why you have several database systems that don't talk to each other, or writing reports or slide decks for your data projects.
Here's How I Can Help
Data work doesn't care to be siloed into neat categories like just developer work or just content management. So I offer a mix of different kinds of data work.
I know how to talk systems, DAM, archiving, and creative workflows like animation.
DAM, digital preservation, curating digital museum exhibits, metadata/tagging, and more. My background is in SaaS environments, CMS development, data analytics & visualizations, cultural heritage, film/media and animation, and content management.
I write technical pieces - articles, documentation, dev docs, and more - on topics like open access, software, artificial intelligence in archives, DAM, & socio-technical issues. have an ORC id profile and share as much of my data work open access (this means free) as possible.
I'm a full-stack developer who usually works on data migrations, system configurations, and database maintenance projects. I've also been making 2D and 3D video games since 2023 - I've shipped 7 video games on the itch.io platform - in Godot, Ren'Py, GameMaker, and Twine.
